NEEDFINDING CONCEPT MAP
| "Of all research I've seen across all age groups, the number one reason people volunteer is because they are asked."
- Sarah Jane Rehnborg, Professor of Public Affairs in Volunteerism
We started the research based on analyzing user's main needs and goals while they engage in social community projects.
For each user group, we narrowed down to 3 top drives for social events participation.
Personas
Three user groups
Coordinator.
Volunteer.
Sponsor
Analysis
We boiled the engagement of an event down to several stages and specified how each user group interact with one another.
By analyzing possible user interactions, it gave us generally a better sense in prioritizing possible features.

*Team and Client
The most fun and interesting part of this project was actually co-visioning and co-design with the client.
Narrowing down business goals and identifying top focuses with a limited time frame, we deal with complexity of concept and clash of minds.
