I am currently leading Product Research for Converse: Workplace at ETS and TOEFL TestReady. I am also the Producer and Co-host of EPICLE, a Global Ethnography and UX Research Podcast. I’ve had over 50+ UX Design & Research mentees since 2017.
In 2019, I came to Yale School of Management to explore Data and AI Market Research and promote Design Thinking in Business as a peer-elected leader for the Design & Innovation Club.
More previously I led the design and research work focusing on Growth & Monetization for Gengo’s (now Lionbridge) AI-powered translation platform. During my time in Japan, I spearheaded the revamp of the travel service platform Compathy, which boasts over 100,000 monthly active users in Japan and was featured in TechCrunch.
